Custom Grazing Tables: starting at $250
Curated design & styling; food costs billed separately.

Small Spread – $250+ (feeds 15–20 as appetizers)

Medium Spread – $400+ (feeds 30–40 as appetizers)

Large Spread – $600+ (feeds 50–60 as appetizers)
Curated design & styling; food/product costs billed separately. Custom themes are available.

Kids’ Parties / Baby Showers: $250–$400 flat fee
Basic = you provide décor; I design & set up. Full = I source décor, coordinate vendors, full setup + breakdown.

Adult Parties / Milestone Events: $500–$800 flat fee
Theme & timeline, décor/rentals sourcing, vendor coordination, setup + teardown.

Dinner Parties (planning + full setup): $300–$500
Menus, tablescapes, place settings, mood & flow.

Pricing: Trip Design Fee from $125 (simple weekend) / $200+ (multi‑city or group)
Booking & changes billed at $35–$45/hr.
